Sometimes it doesn’t have to be that hard to make something delicious. There are plenty of recipes to make vegan ‘cheeses’ from scratch, but sometimes you just don’t have to time or motivation to actually do it. This recipe (if you can even call it that) is perfect for the moments you have to whip up something quickly for a vegan option on a cheese platter, or something to have on toast with some wine on friday night, or what about a delicious spread on sundays bagels?
What you need:
- Violife creamy (or a different brand of cream ‘cheese’)
- A handful of chives, chopped finely
- 1 full teaspoon of garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Some salt
Mix everything together and keep it in the fridge in an airtight container, ready for use!
