Creamy Green Smoothie Bowl


It’s time to share a recipe for one of my favorite ways to have breakfast: a smoothie bowl. This time it’s a pretty green one and it’s super creamy! Not just with sweet fruits, but also full of veggies.


  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 big pear
  • 1 hand frozen mango cubes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 hand fresh spinach
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 kiwi, in thin slices
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tsp bee pollen


  1. Put the oranges, pear, mango, avocado, almond milk and flax seeds in a blender and blend until you’ve got a smooth mixture, I like it a little bit thick, because you eat it with a spoon, but if you like the smoothie a bit thinner, feel free to add more almondmilk or water and blend again.
  2. Layer the kiwi slices on top, it doesn’t have to be as perfect as I did, but hey, it sure looks cute! Put the pistachios on top and sprinkle it with the beepollen. Enjoy!
