After I made the poached pears from this recipe, I wanted to do more with them, then just eating them straight from the jar, lol. So I started adding them to my breakfasts! I first ate them with my yogurt and granola, that was really delicious. But I loved them in my oatmeal. Today I wanted to share this oatmeal recipe with you guys!
What you need:
- 4 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- poached pears (here’s my recipe)
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- Optional: bee pollen
- Put the oatmeal, flax seeds and almond milk in a pan and heat it over a low fire, keep stirring it until it’s warm.
- Put the porridge into a bowl and top it with the poached pears, almonds, cinnamon and bee pollen.
- Now just enjoy your breakfast! It’s that easy.
