Now that the days are getting shorter and I have to switch my summer wardrobe to my winter wardrobe, I found out that I don’t have enough warm clothing! I love the summer and I’m always a bit sad when the sunny days are over. Fall does have a few nice things, like the beautiful colored leaves, delicious dishes with pumpkin, pumpkin spiced lattes from Starbucks (my all time favorite hot drink) and Halloween. I love scary movies and books. But I really don’t like winter, for me it can’t be over soon enough. To make myself happy I like to go shopping for warm cardigans and (knit) sweaters. Our house is almost done and I can’t wait to chill on our couch in a soft sweater, light some candles and drink big cups of tea.. I’ll get through winter like that! I made a wishlist with some cardigans and sweaters that can’t be missed in my future wardrobe:

I already picture myself surviving the winter in these warm sweaters and cardigans! When I was busy with my online shopping session, I couldn’t help myself, I just had to take a look at the home accessories. Now that our home is almost done, it’s finally time for me to think about how to decorate it (okay I already have a large board with Lovely Spaces on Pinterest). I noticed this beautiful blanket on the Esprit site:
This would be perfect on our new couch, it’s big and according to the website very soft. Who’s gonna come over and watch a movie under a blanket?
