Hudson is a restaurant with lots of American influences, I like! As an USA lover, I felt right at home in this restaurant. They serve burgers, ribs, hot dogs and lots more. We started with a bowl of nachos with cheese, guacamole, cream and salsa dip. Yum! Michelle and I could’t choose what we wanted as our main dish, so we both had the Hudson’s Mix Up. We got ribs, mini burgers, saté, chili con carne, salads, fries and various sauces. It was really good and a lot of food, lol. But we couldn’t say no to a dessert. We got a big plate with a mix of various dessert, so we could taste it all.
We had a great dinner with lots of yummy food and drinks. Definitely a recommendation when you’re hungry after a full day of walking or shopping in Rotterdam! Who doesn’t love it when you get an Oreo with your tea and coffee?
