Smoothie bowls are my favorite breakfast on hot sunny days. They’re refreshing, healthy and fun to make!
What you need for one bowl:
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 big hand of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cube of fresh ginger (about 1/2″)
- 200 ml coconut water
For the topping:
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Flax seeds
- Coconut grater
- Chopped pistachios
- Bee pollen
Directions
- Put all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put it in a bowl. It doesn’t matter if it’s a bit thick, because you’re eating it with a spoon.
- Top it of with seeds and nuts or whatever you have in your pantry. It doesn’t really matter as long as it’s something to chew on, because chewing on your food is good!
