A long time ago I did a smoothie workshop, hosted by Daisy from I love Health it was a lot of fun. I started following her on Instagram that day, and I still do. When Charlie asked me to go to Daisy’s book launch with her, I couldn’t say no. Off course we all got a book in a goody bag to take home and I would like to share my opinion about it with you.
I was expecting a book filled with recipes that I can think up myself (as a food blogger), but I was happily surprised when I found out the book contained much more than that. You can learn more about Daisy through an intro written with humor and fun question lists. There’s also plenty to read about other ‘Health stuff’, like tips on how to eat healthy in restaurants, a week menu, about buying clean foods, you name it.
There’s also a part about sports. Right up my alley! Running, yoga and lifting weights is what I do myself, so that was fun to read.
I crawled on our new couch with a big cup of tea and read the entire book in one sitting. I still want to try out some of the recipes, now that our house is almost done, I’ll have some time for that!
I would surely recommend this book. It’s only available in Dutch though!
