It’s that time of the year again, The foodtruck festival Rolling Kitchens in Amsterdam has started today. It’s my favorite food truck festival, because you can pay with money instead of tokens, you can bring your own drinks and there’s plenty of room to sit down and enjoy the food. I started with a pineapple, carrot and lime juice to cool down, had a Dutch Weed Burger for lunch and I took some coconut balls home to enjoy later. I took my camera with me and photographed my favorite food trucks:
