We often have people over for dinner and because I’m always busy with making up and cooking the main course, I often forget about dessert. This recipe was born because of a situation like this. It’s super simple, fast, tasty and it also looks pretty fancy. It’s super sweet, not really healthy, but every now and then I give in to my sugar cravings!
what you need (for 4 desserts):
- 4 nice glasses
- 4 vanilla meringues
- 250 ml ready to use whipped cream
- 2 passionfruits
- 24 raspberries
- 4 mint leaves
- Crumble the meringues and divide it over the glasses. Do the same with the whipped cream, about 2 to 3 tablespoons per glass.
- Half the passionfruit and divide the pulp between the glasses too.
- Finish it with some raspberries and a mint leave.
